By using TropicAquaApp you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, verify your email, and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Age

You must be 13+ (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect data from children under that age.

Subscriptions

Pro is billed via Stripe on a recurring basis until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated during checkout.

Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
• No attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
• No automated scraping or excessive load on our systems.

Content

You retain rights to content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content to operate the service. We may remove content that violates these terms.

AI Guidance

AI features provide informational guidance only. You remain responsible for husbandry and purchasing decisions.

Availability & Changes

We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features or these terms; material changes will be posted with an updated date.

Disclaimers

Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TropicAquaApp and its owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless required otherwise by your local consumer laws.
